Prof. Asoc. Afërdita Shtëmbari

Prof. Asoc. Afërdita Shtëmbari është diplomuar si kimiste ushqimore në FSHN në vitin 2012. Është pjesë e Departamentit të Kimisë Industriale prej 2013 si pedagoge e jashtme dhe si pedagoge e brendshme prej 2018. Gjithashtu gjatë viteve 2013-2021 ka qenë menaxhere në kompanin “Krijon” si specialiste e aparaturave dhe materialeve të laboratorit.
Aktiviteti mësimor dhe shkencor lidhet me fushën e Enzimologjisë dhe Teknologjisë Kimike Ushqimore, gjithashtu aktiviteti shkencor është i lidhur me Sigurinë Ushqimore -në përcaktimin e parametrave të sigurisë ushqimore nëpërmjet përdorimit të teknikave instrumentale si spektofotometër, ELISA etj.
